Balaji Pvt ITI is mission bound to create �Industry Ready� trainees.
We are driven by industry. Our primary focus is to impart to our students, the skills which industry needs. Just finding an employment �opportunity� for our trainees is of secondary importance to us.
Being driven by industry means a lot. We add a lot of value to our trainees during their coursework. We give them a thorough training about subject fundamentals. We enrich their knowledge by way of laboratory experiments and project workshops. We boost their confidence by way of seminars and presentations. We give them exposure to industry and make them learn about products, processes and plant.
Our trainees cultivate all round abilities including communication skills, driving skills, leadership as well as a good sense of quality, excellence and customer service. We make our trainees aware of the career prospects and inculcate into them, the spirit of entrepreneurship. We consider the abilities of trainees to be the true measure of our performance.
We are sharpening up all our edges to prepare �Industry Ready� work force. Trainers� training, Industry interface, Short term courses are some of the vital issues we are acting on. We are developing our campus infrastructure to have good classrooms, developed laboratories, library, internet connectivity, website, etc. We are setting up procedures and systems for every task we perform, covering admissions, training, examinations, placement, purchases, reporting, etc. We rely on systems driven management to lead us to attain our objectives.
